For the bezel, assuming this is a rotating bezel, yes it pops off, but I don't really recommend prying it off with a case knife - I have seen far too many damaged bezels and cases from that sort of thing. The 24-hour bezel is the most famous bezel for the Seamaster Chronostop, especially the highly desirable "roulette" bezel which is so well loved that Omega even brought it back in the 2000s on a Speedmaster model.
